Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. In this case, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us via email with your order details and the reason for cancellation. Our customer service will respond and process the cancellation for you.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable):

We accept returns of products, and customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unworn and have their original labels intact.
  • Products should be in the original, undamaged box.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Customers will be charged for shipping costs, but only once at most.

To complete your return, we will require visual evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the products to expedite the process.

Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification of receipt via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a delay in posting refunds. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contacts@pinreplica.com.
