Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

The following items are also non-returnable:

There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account once more. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the purchased item was designated as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. After the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be informed about the return.
