Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us
- Items returned more than 45 days after delivery
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email at contacts@pinreplica.com to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us via email at contacts@pinreplica.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping:
To return your product, please send an email to contacts@pinreplica.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. If you are returning items of significant value, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
