Shipping & Delivery

Once you place an order on our website and make the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive it, please contact us. You can also visit your Member Center to access detailed information about the status of your order.

We aim to ship the package within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email within the next 72 hours confirming that your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow 9-14 days for delivery.

Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that the package is lost, we will reship it at our expense.

Returns & Replacements
